Contributions to Johnny Phillips for Florida House are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Florida law requires us to report the name, address, occupation, and employer of each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $100 per election cycle.

• Maximum contribution allowed by Florida law: $1,000 per individual or entity per election

• Contributions must be made from the contributor's own funds and not reimbursed by another person or entity

• We cannot accept contributions from foreign nationals, minors under the age of 18, or corporations prohibited by law

Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.
